Inspired by the stark contrast between ancient and modern dreams and desires, this group exhibition seeks to approach the topic of fairy tales and urban stories from various artistic perspectives. Specifically, the focus here is on both the creation and the perception of legendary, mythological or contemporary storytelling.
As social and moral constructs evolve, traditions and values once perceived as immovable can be reinterpreted and reinvestigated.
Therefore, the objective of this exhibition is, ultimately, to ask ourselves and find out what lies beneath the stories perpetuated by popular culture and myths.
At this event, I presented my abstract duo paintings Portrait of Consciousness doubting its own Existence III. along with the corresponding poem with the same title.
