Diverse layers coming together
Between January 2023 and July 2025, I was an active member of the Berlin-based Artyshox Collective, where I took the roles of abstract painter, event manager, and administrative assistant.
Established in 2022, Artyshox are a group of young and restless artists whose practices are centered around painting, video and sculpture installations, graphic design, photography, music, and live performances. The collective have been involved in various collaborative projects with international artists in and around Berlin, Germany, so as to primarily promote each other’s artistic potential and growth. All members believe that art is an essential part of everyday life and, through their group art exhibitions and events, they strive together for it to remain accessible and inclusive - everywhere and for everyone.
Regarding visual art, the Artyshox catalogue covers mainly surrealist and abstract paintings, assembled sculptures, découpage collages, and film photography. More details about the artists’ profiles and portfolios can be found on the collective’s official webpage.
